Users of our messenger apps

If you connect to one of our messenger apps via our fan page, or on our website via customer chat, widgets, buttons or popups, only data that is necessary for the use of the messenger app is collected. This includes the first and last name from your Facebook profile and which bot or bot sequence you have subscribed to. The email address of the user is NOT transmitted here.

 

You also have the option of logging out of each sequence by typing "stop" in the message field. We have concluded a contract data processing agreement with Manychat in which we oblige Manychat to protect our customers' data and not to pass them on to third parties.
